WOWOWOW that was delicious. Thick, chewy hand pulled noodles. Just what I wanted Tohu Lagham was perfect mid-spice. THE DUMPLINGS were the WINNER tho. Got the beef dumplings and the seasoning was out of this world. Super savory. Almost reminded me of a Latin American spice? Still licking my teeth and lips to savor how delicious that was. Server was excellent. He was very thoughtful and engaging and proud of their restaurant and food quality. A Delight.

Highly recommend eating here. Luqman, the Manager here, took great care of us. We enjoyed the food so much! Very tasty, super fresh and hand made noodles! Need I say more. Ummm, yes! The Uyghur black tea was chefs kiss. We were told that the owners have a special recipe. And the lamb was perfectly seasoned, oh and the cucumber salad, so simple but incredible. I will definitely be back to try the dumplings and the meat pie next time.

Absolutely delicious! Great flavors! The Gyro Lagman's noodles were nice and chewy and if you want more noodles you can ask for more at a cost. The Cumin Beef is slightly spicy, but yummy. The Beef Kebab had great cumin flavor!
